As The payment for OTT Smarters – TV Box Version are on recurring basis, so our system will be generating an invoice 5 days before the Due Date and after 5 days of due date, your application will be suspended if you don’t pay. Please note that we don’t fulfill any orders on national holidays and weekends. Depending on the current order queues, the standard delivery times vary from 5 working days due to the latest UPGRADE to Version 3. After the 10 days of your Next Due Date, your application will be suspended if you are failed to pay ( OTT Smarters – TV Box Version). Please note that the terms and conditions of our services may change at any time without prior notification. Any issue related to coding will be resolved by us. We cannot be held responsible if your application is removed or not approved by Apple or Google Support due to any copyright, legal content issue, etc. If our app is tried to edit/decompile by any software, we will not able to provide your support and your product/app can be canceled which may cause affect your customers. The product will be shut down with immediate effect if any modifications are made or any kind of add-ons is imparted on the application without obtaining approval for the same. Failure in doing complete payment in a fair amount of time will result in shutting down of the application from the developer’s side. If you want to do so, the only way to do the same is to order a new application. You are not permitted to change the logo of the Android/iOS or Roku application. However, any customized features/ requests are charged on an hourly basis. 
The fixed price / Recurring price applications will include all the standard features and functionality as listed. Multiuser Functionality is not available for rebranding ( Client’s App). 
You can change your DNS anytime and unlimited time from the client area. If you have bought our “mutliDNS Support” then you allow up to 5 DNS at the time to change.
